Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions.
Saute till translucent.
Add garlic,white part of spring onions and chopped potatoes.
Saute few minutes.
Add palak leaves and saute well.
Mix in coriander leaves.
Add 2 stock cubes and 1.5 litres of water.
Add the fresh cream and let it boil.
Once it boiled switch off the stove and blend until smooth .
Add spring onions and boil again.
Serve hot.
